I'm somewhat of an Formula One newbie, but I'm proud to join the growing group of women F1 fans that are crucial to the sport's progression and growth. I'm about to embark on my first trip to the 2025 Miami Grand Prix, where American F1 Academy Driver Chloe Chambers will be in a Red Bull car for the first of two home races this season (the second being the Las Vegas Strip).
Chambers, 20, has not only been working towards success in the sport since she was eight years old, when she began karting, but now holds a Guinness World Record for the fastest vehicle slalom, achieved in 2020 at age 16. She did it in 47.45 seconds, driving a Porsche 718 Spyder, and went on to secure multiple podiums in 2024 with Campos Racing under the Haas F1 team. Her entry into her second F1 Academy year with Red Bull speaks to her dedication and impressive performances. "The goal for the year is to win the F1 Academy championship, of course, but in the end it's not just about winning the championship," she says. "I think taking in all the learnings and using this experience from the last two years to boost me on and off the track is the biggest thing to take away."
"Miami is quite hot, so we have to make sure we're fresh for the races and are able to withstand all the pressure from within the car."
While Chambers was born in Guangdong, China and is now a student at Arizona State University (taking many of her classes virtually to allow for travel), she grew up on the US East Coast racing go-karts during the winter in the parking lot of Florida's Hard Rock Stadium, so the Miami GP marks a full circle moment for her. "It's a really exciting race . . . I've already raced there twice before, so I know the vibes it brings," she says, continuing, "The [F1] fans really come out for F1 Academy . . . Especially being from the US, it's great to see the support from America."
When Chambers isn't racing, she's keeping up with her physical fitness. "Driving these cars in F1 Academy is very physical and especially so with all the different climates we race in," she explains. "Miami is quite hot, so we have to make sure we're fresh for the races and are able to withstand all the pressure from within the car." Her downtime includes watching Netflix, playing with her dogs, and hanging out with family and friends. "That social interaction away from the racetrack is so important."
Ahead, Chambers shares the products she can't live without — especially when she's on the go, tucking in for long-haul flights, and staying in tune with her health. Click through to find out exactly how she uses them all, then read up on fellow F1 Academy driver Chloe Chong's beauty staples for even more inspiration.

Chloe Chambers's Affordable Must Have
"The Lululemon Everywhere Belt Bag ($38) is exactly what you need going out for a day, or if you're at the airport and just need to grab something really quickly," Chambers says. "It's home for all your essentials. It's pretty much perfect!"
The pouch is a PS-editor favorite, too, and holds one liter's worth of belongings. It comes in 16 colorways, plus two trending shades, and has both an inner and outer pocket. You can read more about why it's a top-rated essential in our Lululemon Everywhere Belt Bag editor review.

Chloe Chambers's Investment Must Have
"I think not just in the F1 world, but athletes in general are getting into health wearables. For me, I have an Oura Ring ($349), which is something my family and I all have. We track each other and it's a fun little game we play, and it's stylish too!" Chambers says of the popular fitness tracker, which comes in a range of different metals and tracks sleep, heart rate, and activity.
Smart rings are all the rage for monitoring sleep, which is absolutely essential for Chambers. "When you're changing time zones [and have] early mornings or late nights at track, it's good to know how much sleep you've had." You can read more about the product according to a PS editor in our Oura Ring 3 review.

Chloe Chambers's Travel Must Have
Chambers is well-versed in long flights and confirms that a quality eye mask is needed. She depends on the Whoop Restorative Sleep Mask ($39) in particular. "It has little cutouts for my eyes and blocks out all the light. I use it mostly on flights and it works really well. It's good to get quality sleep on a flight when you need it!"
Pro Tip: Chambers also recommends compression socks to more or less complete the look. "I wear them during traveling — the flights are usually long and especially from the US, you're on a lot of long-haul flights," she says of her own experience.

Chloe Chambers's Skin-Care Must Have
It may seem simple, but Aquaphor Lip Repair Lip Balm With Sunscreen ($10) solves two problems in one for Chambers. "The worst feeling is having dry lips, especially when you're traveling in the really dry air and going to all these climates. You need a really good chapstick to keep your lips moisturized — and with SPF when it's sunny out," she says.
Pro Tip: Chambers reminds us that SPF isn't just important for the lips, but the whole body. "A lot of these places we go to, the weather is pretty nice. It's sunny and usually hot out, so we're in T-shirts and shorts so there's a lot of exposed skin. The one good thing that I have learned is to wear sunscreen!"

Chloe Chambers's Beauty Must Have
Everyone needs tried and trusted oral-care products in their life, and for Chambers, the Oral-B iO Series 6 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush ($139) is worth the price tag. "It's one of those smart toothbrushes that you can connect to your phone, so it gives you tips on cleaning your teeth better," she says. "It has lots of different modes and the battery lasts forever! I've had it for about three to four years."
The device is also equipped with a visible pressure sensor to protect gums, two-minute timer, replacement brush head, and travel case. You can pick it up in either gray or black.
